Grandview Hills will tell our story of how we have helped our students find self regulation and therefore success through mindfulness. The practice of mindfulness has helped students to focus. We believe it has contributed to the decrease in achievement difference between our eco dis and non eco dis learners. Participants will spend the session hearing testimonials and will be trained by Lacey Melguizo from Unscripted Heart in mindfulness techniques. All participants will leave with tools that they can use to implement mindfulness in their classroom the next day. #areasontowearyogapants!
